About Us
Located in Livigno, our Chalet is just 50 metres from the town centre, where the shopping street begins, featuring restaurants where you can savour our traditional dishes, and only 200 metres from the nearest ski lift. In front of our Chalet, you will also find the free bus stop, which takes you around the entire village.
The accommodation for 2/4 people includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, bed linen and towels, free parking, and a ski storage room with boot warmers.
Our Chalet was born from the renovation of an old traditional Livigno house, originally built in 1772 by our ancestors. During the renovation, our goal was to breathe new life into the timber used in the original construction while incorporating the best modern building techniques. These include underfloor heating, a condensing boiler, automatic air recirculation, and, importantly, a pellet-powered heating system to minimize pollutant emissions. All of this was done to help preserve the stunning landscape that our location has to offer.
