Our Apartments
Set in Livigno, our chalet is located just 50 meters from the center, where began the shopping street with restaurants where you can taste our typical dishes and just 200 meters from the nearest ski lift. Also in front of our chalet there is the stop of the free bus that will take you around the whole country. The accommodation for 2/4 people, has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, satellite TV, Wi Fi, private bathroom with hair dryer, bed linen and towels, free parking and ski storage with boot warmers.
Our Chalet is renovated from an old typical Livigno house, built in 1772 by our ancestors. For the renovation we had aimed to restore life to the wood used in the original construction, however, combining the best of the moment construction techniques such as floor heating, condensing boiler, automatic air recirculation and most importantly...the heating of stable is powered pellet to minimize the polluting emissions, all this to help safeguard to the maximum the beautiful scenery that our locations offers us.
